Communication: Joe’s communication throughout the job was excellent. He sent photographs of the work he was doing – even whilst we were on holiday and he let us know when he was going to be there and when he was not
Workmanship: We have been very happy with the workmanship. The roof appears to have been done really well. Joe was thoughtful about how to get the best result and it looks much better than it did before.
Tidiness: Great. Joe tidied up after the job and was thoughtful about the placement of tools etc, which is important as my wife works at home as a Childminder
Politeness: Excellent, My wife and I both enjoyed talking to Joe
Overall: Very happy – nice to work with a builder who is interested in doing the best job he can rather than the quickest job.
Thoroughly recommend Joe. He was keen to show us all the information on the new roofing system before he started work, appeared honest and was a very hard worker.
